Ambil4D Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and Ambil4D ("Ambil4D", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Ambil4D website located at https://ambil4d.cam and all associated services, products, and platforms (collectively, the "Service").

Ambil4D is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under international licensing. The platform is designed to serve adult players seeking entertainment through online casino games, sports wagering, 4D lottery, and related services. Our platform is primarily designed for users located in Malaysia, and all monetary values on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account with Ambil4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 in alignment with internationally recognised standards for online casino operations.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from Ambil4D or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not residing in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Ambil4D or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting in full compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that they are responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful under Malaysian law. Ambil4D operates under international licensing and does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian government authority.

Each individual may hold onlyone (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

Ambil4D reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or during a periodic account review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), international passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Ambil4D will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Ambil4D accepts deposits via DuitNow QR, FPX instant bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB), Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, and select cryptocurrency networks (USDT TRC-20/ERC-20 and BTC). The minimum single deposit is RM 50. Deposit methods and limits are subject to change without notice.

Withdrawals are processed in MYR to a payment method registered in the Member's verified name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, pending wagering requirements on any active bonus funds, and standard security checks. Ambil4D aims to process approved withdrawals within 10–30 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transfers during standard operating hours.

All wallet balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Ambil4D does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at time of crediting.

Ambil4D reserves the right to return deposits without processing if, in our sole discretion, a deposit is suspected to be connected with fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Ambil4D offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The maximum permitted bet while bonus funds are active is MYR 300 per single wager. Placing bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute100%; live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed on the Promotions page.
• Bonuses are awarded per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times will be treated as abuse.
• Ambil4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed on Ambil4D are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all wagering products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Ambil4D does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a placed wager except where an obvious system error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest system error affecting odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement, Ambil4D reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.
• For sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events), results are settled in accordance with official match results. Bets on suspended, abandoned, or postponed events will be settled per the applicable sports betting rules displayed on the relevant market.
• Ambil4D reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual wager or market at its sole discretion.
• 4D lottery results are settled based on officially declared results from the respective draw. No responsibility is accepted for results arising from typographical errors in bet placement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Ambil4D Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised third-party software to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") including coordinated wagering designed to complete rollover requirements with minimal risk.
• Arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors across markets or platforms.
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any criminal purpose.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any account communication.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any tool designed to mask or misrepresent your geographical location.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts in violation of Section 4.1 of these Terms.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively affects other users' experience.

Ambil4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.
• KYC documentation requested has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off period has been activated by the Member or applied by Ambil4D under its Responsible Gambling obligations.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Real-money balances remaining in closed accounts (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completed KYC.

All content on the Ambil4D Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game interfaces, and software, is the proprietary property of Ambil4D or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express prior written consent from Ambil4D.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ambil4D shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses.

Ambil4D does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Ambil4D's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Ambil4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment and must not be used as a source of income. We enforce strict age verification (21+) and provide a range of responsible gaming tools including personal deposit limits, session duration reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Initial Contact: You must first contact Ambil4D customer support via live chat and provide full details of the dispute, including relevant account information, dates, amounts, and the nature of the complaint.
2. Internal Review: Ambil4D will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 5 business days of receiving complete information.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with Ambil4D's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under our licensing jurisdiction.
4. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Ambil4D reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where a material change is made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members via email or in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your account.
